Founded in 1992, HAITE GROUP is mainly engaged in maintaining the airborne equipment, developing the electronic information technology and software, researching and manufacturing the electronic equipment (including the aviation test equipment). It is the first non-state-owned aviation enterprise getting the repair station certificate (Certificate No.: D4335) issued by CAAC.
      The headquarters of HAITE Group and Sichuan HAITE High-tech Co., Ltd. are located in the High-tech Development Zone in Chengdu. It possesses more than 300 million (RMB) assets. HAITE covers an area of more than 7 hm2 and its construction area is 30,000 m2 or so. It has about 1,000 sets of equipment such as ATEC series 6 imported from France.
Over 100 customers of HAITE range from all the airlines that directly subordinate to the CAAC like Air China to all the local airlines in China, the aircraft maintenance enterprises, the flight colleges, the simulator training centers and some airlines in southeastern Asia. Up to now, we have obtained the airworthiness certificates for testing and repairing nearly 6,000 airborne equipment that involved in about 40 military and civil aircraft types, such as, Boeing, MD, Airbus, Y-8, Y-12, Bel, BAE-145, SAAB, Dash-8, K-8, F-8. (The typical items: the fight control computer, the navigation system, the radar system, the communications and the instrument & electric system.) HAITE has expediting its pace of internationalization. We have obtained the ISO9002 Quality System certificate in the July 2000 and the certificate of FAA in the February 2002 with 830 repair capabilities covering radio, instrument and mechanical accessories (CRS #: Z6HY002X). At the time being, the JAR-145 approval application is in full swing.
In Jan. 2001, HAITE won the first prize of the “Advanced Organization of Aircraft Maintenance” and the second prize of “Trying to be excellent mechanics of 21st century” held by CAAC. As the high-tech enterprise of Chengdu and Sichuan Province, HAITE is honored as the One of the Thirty-four Important Non-state-owned Enterprises by Sichuan Provincial Government. Its annual capital growth rate is in the leading place among all the non-state-owned enterprises in Sichuan and it is also one of the One-hundred Top Tax-paying Enterprises. 
       HAITE is on the way to an international enterprise. Not long ago, HAITE has set up a joint venture, Sichuan AOTE Aircraft Accessories Repair Co., Ltd., with Singapore TPA Strategic Holdings Ltd. It also has founded over ten subsidiaries and foreign services during the past ten years.
